I thought it would be easy enough to pop it into a frame, and that would look great.

Unfortunately, I realized that digging through boxes to find an empty frame wouldn’t exactly be possible while holding Jack in the other hand, so I settled for a clipboard with a little bit of ribbon tied on.When 2014 started, I decided that this was going to be “the year of paint”.

I knew I wouldn’t have much time on my hands with the baby in the house, but with paint I knew I could still do lots of little projects that would make me feel so much better about my surroundings almost instantly. It turned out that I held true to the “the year of paint” thing, and earlier this Fall I partnered with CIL to visit a bunch of Home Depot stores and meet with customers to help them choose their perfect paint colours..

When CIL contacted me again this Holiday season to see if I wanted to come up with a fun little paint project to share, I knew just what I would do.You saw last week in my Holiday.
